From the windswept coastal distilleries to the quiet depth of the Highlands, each pour reveals new layers – unexpected botanicals, subtle smoke, bright citrus, and lingering spice. The setting reflects the spirit of McLemore Resort itself: elevated, immersive, and quietly transportive, where the landscape beyond the glass mirrors the rugged beauty of the spirits in hand. It’s a moment to settle in and feel truly connected to place.
Choose between a 45-minute Whisky Journey or Gin Journey. Each experience includes four pours of your preferred spirit, with the story behind each shared along the way. The maximum capacity for each seating is six. Guests must be 21+.

Join Auld Alliance's Sommelier in The Tasting Room for an intimate, 45-minute guided wine experience designed for curious wine lovers of every level. Available Fridays and Saturdays at 2 pm and 3 pm, each month explores a new theme through three thoughtfully selected wines and a curated cheese accompaniment.
Limited to six guests per session, the experience is conversational, approachable, and designed to offer a deeper look into the stories, places, people, and traditions behind the wines in your glass.
